Stayed in room 38 on twelfth floor, very large and very clean, has everything you need and is very well furnished. The manager very helpful also, definitely love staying here and free car parking is terrific, 3 bedroom apartment available also, this is our second stay here and definitely not our last, central to all the restaurants and shops

We were there with our 3 groups of families and absolutely loved it. The views were amazing and walking distance to beach and shops. Friendly staff especially Michael top guy. Will definitely come back again.

Excellent views. Well furnished With two pools and one of them heated it was a great place to wind down for a week. We stayed in unit 38 and the views from the 12th floor were breathtaking. The unit had everything we needed in the kitchen had a huge tv on the wall for nights in.

Genesis is the ideal location from which to enjoy all that the Gold Coast has to offer! Walk to beach, cafes, restaurants, shopping and the heart of the action, but far enough away for some relaxation. The facilities are excellent year ‘round (the heated outdoor pool was great for winter) and although older style, the units are huge! .. most with ocean views.

Great and wonderful place to stay! The fully furnished 2 bedroom apartment on the 12th floor is very spacious and comfortable and has awesome sea views. Beds and leather lounge set are very comfortable. The kitchen is also very well equipped and stocked with all cooking utensils. A great place for families. It is at a very convenient location, short walk to the tram station, beach, shopping outlets and restaurants. The staff/manager were very friendly, responsive and helpful. Thanks. I had a very good 9 days stay and would highly recommend the place to anybody looking for a holiday on the Gold Coast.
