We are well equipped as a resort apartment building with all the facilities to make your stay memorable and fun.

Our Pools - A Heated Pool, a Cold Pool and a Hot Spa Two Pools - one heated with attached spa and a cold pool. The heated pool is cosily surrounded by beautiful palms and lush vegetation providing an atmosphere of tranquillity and calm. Plenty of lounge chairs and pool umbrellas to keep you comfortable. The second pool is located in a less shaded part of the complex and ideal for getting a tan, or for a refreshing swim during warmer months. Our BBQ Area - Great for a picnic party We have a great BBQ area with the equipment and accessories in place. Just bring the food and drinks. Two commercial-grade electric stoves in a well shaded area. No need for messy charcoals, starters, fuel, etc. Our Games Room - A cool pool player We have a fun games room for young and old. Test your skills at driving or your luck at the claw game. There's always something fun to do in our games room. And, for those looking for more challenge, there's the table tennis table for a match against your friend or a game of pool to see who can pocket more. Our Saunas - Nothing like relaxing in the steam We have two saunas, one for the ladies and one for the men. Nothing beats the sauna. Always great relaxing in warm steam after a work-out or a long day out. Our Gym We have a well equipped gym to keep you in shape. Equipment include a universal exercise machine, a treadmill, an exercise bike and various weights. Our Tennis Courts - Our two courts We have two half-courts for those who likes the game. Rackets and balls are available at the reception at no charge. There is no require to book the courts either. Just get with the game any time of the day. There is also a basketball hoop in the tennis court area for those who prefers shooting the basket. Balls are again available at the reception. Our Carpark Secure Parking Parking is free at Genesis. We have secure underground parking for all our guests and residents. However, each apartment is entitled to one lot for the duration of stay. Additional parking is available at a public parking space directly across the street from out building, The charge is $5.00 per 12 hours. Street parking is available in our vicinity, but limited to 2 hours free between 7am - 5pm. Overnight parking is free.
